We get it – life happens. Here’s how it works:
Cancel within 30 days: You’ll be charged the full price for any visits already used, and refunded the remaining balance.
Cancel after 30 days: A R300 cancellation fee applies. You’ll be charged full price for visits already used, and any remaining balance will be issued as salon credit.
Absolutely – and the good news is there’s no fee to do it! If you decide to switch your Pass to a different service, you’ll be charged the full price for any visits already used, and your remaining balance will be refunded toward your new NakedCherry Pass purchase.
Just keep in mind – a NakedCherry Pass is yours and yours alone. Passes cannot be transferred from one person to another.
